Running Is Really A Pain Reliever

Workouts
After my TN diagnosis on Friday I had a rough weekend, your mind really overthinks things at times. Saturday my daughter has dance classes all morning but when we got back home I took some me time and I did Jillians Abs workout and some upper and lower body weights. Sunday my daughter had a birthday party mid day and a workout for me was never able to get fit into the day. BUT TODAY...........woohoo, I had a FABULOUS run. I headed with hubby to his gym, I love their threadmills, the one's at my gym are really bad. I did a 7 mile run and the whole time I was running not once did I get the pain in my head from TN, NOT ONCE! Running really is a pain reliever!

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins One of my families favourite muffins that I make are my Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin. I always take out a bit of batter to make a few muffins with no chocolate chips for me. I am not a chocolate fan.

Trust me they are yummy! I have made my own recipe for them, there is no fat in them, I added yogurt instead of the butter that normally is asked for in a banana muffin recipe. And I feel great giving my family a health delicious snack.

Even Better Sweet Potatoe Fries

My last post I posted about my homemade fries, well I made my sweet potatoe fries even better. I added chopped onion and garlic and let me tell you it was so much better. Here they are going into the oven: And here is the yummy roasted potatoes, onions and garlic. A great side to any meal.
Tomorrow

Tomorrow I am off back to my doctors. The pills I was given on Friday for my TN don't seem to be working so I need to go see the doc and see what can be done. I am hoping to get a referral to a specialist. So that will take up my morning tomorrow because everytime I go to his office I end up waiting atleast an hour.

How about a fury baby picture? Here is how my daughter made our dog a "Super Dog", as she calls it. Yup poor dog puts up with all her silliness!

  2. Way to go on that run. That's great that it was pain-free. Hopefully the doctors can refer you to a specialist. Sounds like that's what you need.
